KMMS Attendance/ Doc Hub

This year, we are streamlining our process for tracking attendance and submitting notes for absences and tardies. All submissions should be made through the Attendance Hub form, which is accessible via the KMMS website homepage at https://kmmiddle.clevelandcountyschools.org/. Please ensure that notes are submitted within two business days of a student’s return to school.
North Carolina Statutes recognize the following as lawful/excused absences from school.
- Illness or injury
- Isolation
- Death in the immediate family of the student
- Medical or Dental Appointment
- Court Attendance if the student is involved
- Religious Observations
- Educational Opportunity. This requires prior approval from the principal. Request forms are available in the front office. Vacations are not considered educational opportunities.

In addition to submitting Attendance notes, this hub can be used for submitting other student documentation (enrollment docs, court documents, student records, etc)
